That’s a tough one, since we are living in the age of technology and bodybuilding . It was much easier to determine Your favorite some 20 or even 30 years ago.
The “biggest arms in bodybuilding” most definitely go to
Gregg Valentino – 28 inches, before his biceps literarily
exploded. Of corse, Gregg accomplished this with the help
of a lot of steroids, thus, his whole personality as a
bodybuilder is very controversial, to say the least. Yet,
whatever we say, he is most certainly the largest bodybuilder.
One of my personal favorites is Greg Kovacs,
with his 70 inch chest and 27 inch arm.
I know his is not a part of the super famous
bodybuilding stars that win Mr. Olympia every time,
but I kind of like him, when we are talking about
massive, large, Hulk type of figures.
From the ones that do go to Mr. Olympia (and win it),
I like Ronnie Coleman. Again, we are not just talking
about bodybuilder men, but about massive such.
Ronnie fits the profile, and besides huge dimensions,
he is also perfectly ripped.
Of corse, Markus Ruhl will also make our article contest,
because of his enormous shoulders.
This guy is not just one of the largest,
but also one of the strongest bodybuilders in history.
Of course, for largest bodybuilder legs
I would choose Tom Platz.
Yes, among today’s bodybuilders there
are some monstrous thighs too,
but Tom’s are really amazing.
Finally, the biggest female bodybuilder
in the world would probably be
Kim Chizevsky -
Ms. Olympia 1996-1999.
Because this Blog will also review a very worthy product in it’s featured post, let me just briefly here introduce You to a guy – Kyle Leon – an expert, a bodybuilder himself and a trainer with specific emphasis on weight loss and fat burn when bodybuilding. He has become very famous, not just because of his physics, but also because he did a thorough research on foods, supplements, exercises, and that gave him the experience and expertise to become an authority on the subject.
